10 Pound Club

I'd love to join this challenge I have 8.8lbs to lose before I reach my major goal (4kg) however if I lost 10 that would be even better!

Excercise=winsor Pilates Dvd's , Tony Little Tape, Leslie Walking Dvd , My Situp Challenge And Biggest Loser Dvd!! I Am Going To Mix It Up To Keep From Getting Bored With My Excercising
 
my diet plan is 1300-1400 cals (limiting to 300 fat cals) w/ at least 60 oz h2o per day... I also want to get in cardio 5x a week and do crunches+lunges+squats everyday...

OH AND BY THE WAY SENSE ITS THE 1ST I HAVE NEW GOALS SET FOR THIS MONTH!!!!

I AM DOING THE BIGGEST LOSER DVD 6 DAYS A WEEK STARTING TODAY!! nO EXCUSES WHATSOEVER I HAVE TO!!! gOING TO TRY LIKE KATIE AND WATCH MY FAT AS WELL AS MY CARBS! 1200 CALS A DAY BUT MIX IT UP LIKE 1200 THEN 1100 THEN 1200 THEN 1000 JUST KEEP MY SYSTEM CONFUSED SO IT CANT PLATEAU!!! DRINKING 3-33.8 OZ OF WATER DAILY OH AND I AM WALKING TO THE OZARK MOUNTAINS AND TRYING TO WALK AT LEAST 4 MILES A DAY IF I CANT WALK OUTSIDE I WILL WALK WITH LESLIE DVD ON THE WALK AWAY THE POUNDS DVD!!

I ALSO HAVE 4 WINSOR PILATES DVDS I NEED TO WORK IN THERE LOL

OH AND THIS IS MY OTHER CHALLENGE
50 SITUPS DAILY
50 SQUATS
50 LUNGES
(AND HARDEST OF ALL) 50 JUMPING JACKS LOL
WILL TRY TO GRADUALLY WORK IN PUSH UPS I AM JUST NOT THAT STRONG ON THEM YET
 
It's DAY ONE!

Alright girls, I just updated my ticker - I'm at 121.5 this lovely morning. Just came back from a GREAT workout at the gym...feeling good and totally up for this challenge (although I'm not going to try and lose 10lbs...don't worry!).

Goals:
Let's see, I'm going to eat from between 1200-1600 calories a day mixing it up (same reason as above).
Exercise 5 days a week at the gym w/training plan
200 crunches everyday
at least 80 grams of protein a day
somersizing : )
64+ ounces of water
 
Right my starting weight is 154.4lb! That's half a pound off my first mini goal but if I get the 10lb off then I'll be past my next mini goal AND my mid way mark so I'm really determined to do this!

I don't know if its too late to join as its June 1st today if i can, i weigh today 150.6 lbs and -10lbs would bring me to almost 140 :) Can someone let me know if it is ok for me to join?

still 138... i'm eating an apple right now - and then i'm going for a run! It's actually finally cooled off a bit here in Nashville... it has been so warm the past few days that it has been hard to find the motivation to get outside...

I seriously considered going for a run at 10pm last night... but then realized that it was a really dumb idea being a single woman out after dark like that... grrr...

i done good done biggest loser dvd and 50 situps gonna try 25 more before i go to bed! i feel great and i hope all of you are feeling great about yourself as well!

My starting weight is 163 or 74kg....hopefully I can get rid of 10 more pounds as quick as possible, but it has been hard lately...

My plan is to exercise at least 6 days a week, on at least 3 of those days to include 2 exercise sessions in my day. My main activities are walking, stationary bike, my stepper, skipping and jogging. I also like to do circuit training at least 3 times a week, including strength exercises and weights as well as quick bursts of exercise to get the heart rate up.

This week so far I have totalled about four hours of exercise so far...

I watch my calorie intake trying to keep it round about 1200, but it varies between about 1100 and 1500 (1500 being a very high day)
 
Hi - I'd like to joing too - I would like to loose 20 pounds total - I started WW 2 weeks ago at 140 - yesterday I was 136 - this morning I was 135....So I'll say I started June 1st at 136.
 
Karabear we would love to help you get to your final goal. What are you doing this week to help you get to your goal?

Skyler both you and karabear only have 10 pounds to go, you girls should really get together.

M2M 1 pound a week is terrific lol but your right exercising will help make it 2. How are you going with your exercise so far?

Red my plan is pretty much like yours hun, stick to the diet and get my butt moving with the exercise. Looks like you’re powering so far.
