10 months, 130+ lbs down "Half-way-ish There"

Well I've been hangin' out around here long enough I think its time to show you guys how far I've come. I dug up these 2 pictures, as I never really took any proper before pictures, or anything along the way. First picture was from literally a week before I started working out. Second pic is what I consider the end of my first stage, where I was ignorantly doing only cardio, and eating too little. As you can see, I made a lot of progress that way, without ever stalling along the way, but I still have a long ways to go.

Anyways, here's what going from something more than 450 to ~320 looks like:

Thanks. I am proud, but I know how much further I still have to go, and I don't want seeing progress to be an excuse to slack off. Keep in mind, ~4-5 years ago or so, I lost weight from 355 to 258... then 4 years later, there I am the guy on the left... I just stare at it in humble amazement that I managed to gain 200lbs in 4 years without even realizing it, until I was having problems just walking around. Nobody, not even my now wife let me know how out of control I was. Looking at that picture now scares me enough into knowing that I can't ever let myself go back this time.
 
that is extraordinary, you should be very pleased with yourself :) all the best with the rest of your journey and enjoy your progress :)
