My goal is too lose 5lbs.

Monday 20th October: 126.2lbs
27th October: 125.8lbs
3rd November: 126.4lbs (back to square 1!)
10th November: 126.8lb (d'oh!)
17th November: 126.2lb (but I was 125.4lbs yesterday!?)

A pound a week is 9 pounds so since I was 179 yesterday, that puts me at 170!!! around Christmas. 170 is a surreal number.

Hi! My goal is to lose 6 pounds and reach 143lbs! That would be the lightest I've been in 4 Years :hurray:

Monday 20th October: 149lbs
27th October: 148,5lbs (birthday weekend, so a looot of cake..)
3rd November:148,8lbs (too much processed food and cookies)
10th November:147,9lbs
17th November: felt too heavy, so not even bothered
24th November: dito
1st December:147,5lbs
8th December:
15th December:
22nd December:145,7lbs not my goal, but close :D

So me and a bunch of skinny people eh? No worries I've added weekly goals to my post^ and a bonus goal to lose all of the goal pounds of all the other contestants combined as of today. Lets do this!
 
My plans for my Christmas goal may have been scuppered! Been offered a new opportunity in work which means working lots more hours, only 1 real day off and I'll probably be exhausted by then. Tomorrow is even supposed to be my day off but have to go in for a few hours to play secretary to my old boss who is off on holiday. Going to try and fit some good exercise in in the morning before I go in though and see how I do with my first real week in the job next week.
 
Hey joeybear!

I know this could be tough, but if you remind yourself that the diet is the main point in losing weight (80/20 or 70/30) you can still make changes in your weight :) Don't feel bad if you miss that morning sport once in a while. As long as we keep eating healthy we can do this!! Good luck!

I'm not skinny - can I join in? My weigh in days are Thursdays, so I will start there. As of yesterday I've already knocked off 2.9kgs, so I am feeling positive!

My goal for the Christmas challenge is to hit 199!

Monday 20th October: 209.2 lbs
27th October: 206.2
3rd November: 213.0 (We had company from out of town. It definitely showed on the scale. lol)
10th November: 205.4 (Huge loss this week, but it was probably mostly water weight)
17th November: 205.0 (Small loss this week, but I wasn't at home for several days and it was my TOM, so I'm retaining water.)
24th November: 203.8
1st December: 203.4 (Ate a lot of carbs this weekend, so I'm retaining water)
8th December:201.2

Vee you lost an extra 10 pounds there. You're still heading the right direction. Everybody lost in week 1 that's posted. Awesome!
 
I'm pretty sure I'll win this week for most pounds gained... 7 lbs. :eek: We had company in from out of town. They were only here for 4 days, and the first two days I wasn't even that bad. I'm hoping a lot of it is water weight from carbs and sodium. I ate bad, but it wasn't THAT bad. lol! Hopefully it drops off quickly. Back to the regular routine starting today. :)
