10 Kg to go! - I can do it!

That's AWESOME! I mean it kinda sucks that you loved them and haven't been able to wear them and now they are too big, but really that is a good thing.

HURRAY!!!

The past 2 weeks I felt a mess. I cannot explain exactly why and honestly I don't even want to think about it.
I want to start over. Achieve my goals and dreams and I will not give up. You will support me, right?

When I think of failing the challenge I was waiting with such enthusiam makes me want to cry. I feel a failure and I feel I betreated all of you who joined in the challenge an encouraged me.
But I am back. A new start. Once again. I am going to follow the schedule we planned at the beginning of the month, plus I am going to catch up with the exercises I missed (5 of them). Do you think it is possible to still accomplish the challenge this way? I am determined now!!

I hope you feel better soon. :grouphug:

Just a bit of advice; don't get over-stressed compensating. It can be counter-productive if you set the bar too high. Right now you need to get back into the schedule you had planned. If you try to exercise every day (Just an example), and don't accomplish it, you'll get even more frustrated, and that will stress you further.

I'm not saying you shouldn't try to compensate, but get back into the original plan first (I think it was 3 workouts/week?), and then progress from there according to how you feel.

Good luck. :)

Thank you so much for your comment!
You are right and I absolutely don't aim to exercise everyday, but I will do the week exercises first, then try to catch up with the ones a missed as an extra. I have still 3 weeks to catch up 5 workouts, in case I will give myself an extra week for catching up.

I agree, do not over compensate. I am guilty of it too right now, trying to catch up on missed workouts from past weeks.

Here is my suggestion: You have missed 2 weeks so start on the 3rd. Aim to do the regular 3 workouts and call THAT success. If you get in an extra workout or 2 then that's even better! But if you are starting over as you said, forget the past and do exactly that, start over. And as you said, if you want you can give yourself an extra week to catch up afterwards if you want, but otherwise we can just start a new challenge at the end of this one.

We are here to support and encourage you :)

You are doing so well and are so close to your goal, but don't get discouraged, just keep at it and you will get there! :grouphug:

Oh your words were so kind and encouraged me to complete todays workout. Thank you!!
It is so important to have your support!

I updated IcyStarCloud Challenge :)

Today had a very nice salad with Avocado, Latuge, Shrimps, Mashrooms and Cottage cheese! :) Loved it!
Yes, I am officially back on track!

Yes, I am officially back on track!

:hurray: That's great! :)

And good job on the workout! i didn't end up doing one yesterday either, GAH! But it's 12:15 and while I have eaten lunch and am kinda low energy I think I will check my emails one more time then lock the door and do a workout, or even half of one. Then I will try a full one (or at least the other half) after work. Yes, sounds like a good plan to me :)

You are doing great! Glad you are back on track, keep at it, WE CAN DO THIS! :)

Since I am back on track my weight is actually raised. Maybe because of the muscless?
As I said many times before it doesn't really matter the number, but how well I feel with my body.
At the beginning of the week I felt again out of shape, but now that I am back on track I feel again in control of my body :)
It is important to workout!! I am understanding this everyday of my "healthier" life.

58.6

Breakfast: Oatmeal with millk and apple

I'm betting the weight gain is muscle, or just a fluctuation. Either way how you feel is much more important than the evil scale. Glad you are feeling good!

:iagree:

Well said

I did not disappear again. I have started a week of eating clean with as less proceeded food as possible. :)
There is really not much going on exept me being back on track. Today I have headhache so I skip the workout... but I am doing it tomorrow. Have also a lot to do for my work and studies!

I am not satisfied!
Even if I am trying to stick with the challenge now (I learnt my lesson!!!) my weight is not going down, it is raising actually and I feel demotivated. I even feel weaker than in summer.
Let's be honest. I liked to RUN! I like to run! I like to get home and the first thing to do is put my gym clothes on and run. No matter how tired I am. No matter the things I had to do. Workouts are not working for me, they don't motivate me as much as running. I am seriously thinking of joing some gym and go there to use the treadmill. Only for that. I know it is insane to pay so much just for running, but what else could I do? Or should I try to push myself and run even if it is winter (here the temperatures are really low and the snow is really high!
Advice me! :(

Try finding a gym with low costs, if all you need is the treadmill there is no point in spending $200 just because they have a pool and a ton of classes etc etc that you are not going to make use of. Also some gyms may be open shorter hours and therefore may have a lower cost, perhaps if one of those have lower fees that could be ideal. Also if you have space at your place perhaps look at purchasing your own treadmill so you don't have to spend money on a gym and then you can workout at home without worrying about the weather, especially in winter. Also look at ellipticals or other similar equipment because I've heard those are better, but haven't looked into them.

It sucks that the workouts are not working for you :( But stay motivated! You just need to find new workouts, or as you said a way to run all year round.

You've been away a while, hope everything is OK and you have managed to get some things sorted and settled. Don't give up! YOU CAN DO THIS!
