1 year later

Erm to be honest i've not been overly strict on the calorie front - i try to do it through exercise and just try n keep in moderation what im eatin.

on average i'd say between 2 and 3k per day can slip lower or higher.

The past week i've not been great, averaging 20 miles cycling a day and do salsa dancing twice a week but some days can eat low amounts like 1500, shouldnt be doing that, will be aiming for about 2500-3000 because im doing 1800 worth of exercise some days.

Looking great! Is that a scar on your elbow? And my dad worked at Intel for a year in Swindon so I've visited there! We lived in Bath though.
 
Yea its a scar from an operation, pins in and out.

Most people from the uk don't even know where swindon is so its quite cool you've been here:rotflmao:
 
Great job, dude! This forum is addicting seeing all of the weight people are losing and have lost. It's like our own private biggest loser! Keep up the good work... I'm in a toning phase myself.
 
I think thats what makes it work so well!

I keep popping back every now and again to see where people are at, the change in people is awesome.

Toning is harder than it sounds, at the moment im very very active and nothing seems to be shifting, bit of a downer when i think how much i do.
Regime at the moment is Monday -gym or cycling or both, tues gym then zumba or salsa, wed gym then salsa, thurs kickboxing, fri gym and cycling on the other days im not doing anything else in particular.

One day i'll have the body of Adonis, one day!

And im down to a reasonable bodyfat.
