I think thats what makes it work so well!
I keep popping back every now and again to see where people are at, the change in people is awesome.
Toning is harder than it sounds, at the moment im very very active and nothing seems to be shifting, bit of a downer when i think how much i do.
Regime at the moment is Monday -gym or cycling or both, tues gym then zumba or salsa, wed gym then salsa, thurs kickboxing, fri gym and cycling on the other days im not doing anything else in particular.
One day i'll have the body of Adonis, one day!
