1 Week at the gym

Ive not been on my little bulking program for long (like 3 weeks) so these can still be classed as before shots.

My Back -

Chest -

My Body Fat % is pritty high but ill be cutting once im happy with my bulk :)

Feel free to critisize me :)
 
My Right arm is much bigger than my left. even though i can lift around the same with each arm.
 
Lfmao..looks like you're confused as to which side is "left" there champ. Your left is stage right...So when you take a picture of yourself facing the camera, the arm on the left is your right arm, and the arm on the right side of the picture is your left. I'm sorry, but that is too damn funny. I nearly had to give myself the heimlich just now to avoid death by inhaling of meal #3.

On a more serious note, those are some very nice progress pics. Whatever you're doing is working pretty well..on your arms at least. Don't worry about the slight difference, they'll even out. Just keep pluggin'. :)

lol i used my webcam to take the pictures and the settings are set to mirror the image so the right picture on there is actually my right arm etc....

Try not to choke next time :)
 
My diet isnt the best but i eat alot! ive been trying to eat as much chicken as i can lately but its a work in process as my mum does not understand "buy me chicken". My diet is getting better though.

Currently i am doing a full body workout 3 times a week.

- Chest Press
- Incline Chest press
- Shoulder Press
- Dumbell Curls
- Dumbell Flie's
- Rows
- Latt Pull Down
- leg Press
- Bicep Curls
- Weighted Crunches

Few other things that i can't remember.

Ive been thinking of trying to go everyday but breaking it up into chest and arms one day and legs and back the other. but im not sure.

Every other day is a better alternative as opposed to working out every day.
