1 month to lose 1inch of fat off my stomach and see abs. ! = )

Hey guys, im new to the forum, ive worked out for a few years now off and on, months at a time, with months of breaks aswell, so ive never really got to get the real results i wanted, and i have 1 month before i turn 18 and go back to Scotland to see family, so i would like to get in shape. I will upload pictures of how i look now. I want to see abs, trim up a little bit, and tone up upper body in just 1 month, but i will continue to do so after i come back from Scotland. I just want help picking workouts, and what kinda diet i should have for loosing what i have and toning up upper body. Thanks in advance! I'm really excited for this = )!

Straight up, the only way to lose body fat is through a calorie deficit: fewer calories going in then coming out. Add more cardiovascular exercise (where your heart rate rises much higher) and wirk out what you need to stick to to lose weight ( or daily plate) there are many stickes on the weight loss forum pages on weight loss, its all in the food and not so much with the exercise but exercise will help to tone you and create muscle to burn more calories (but beware- it doesn't burn a huge amount more, it just helps.)

Keep a daily food diary, eat the right amounts of protein, compex carbs, fruit and vegetables, drink enough plain water and the rest is all in the planning.
