Thanks for your comments , it IS motivating , I was really disappointed actually seeing the results.Maybe I need to be more patient and not expect magical results in a short duration.

I checked my BF % today , and sadly its increased to 20.2 % :(

What could i be doing wrong ?

How are you measuring your body fat? From those pictures theres no way you look like you have a body fat % of 20.

I think he means you look like you have lower than 20% and i agree - mines 18% and i look like i have more.

Yea you should definately have a lower BF%. I would guess 17% unless you have some flabby arms/legs I can't see. Body Fat scales vary a lot depending on the amount of fluid in your body, I'd go with calipers as long as you have it done by someone with experience doing it.

He looks pretty fat to me. I'd say 20% is right. I don't know what you guys are talking about. Well, actually, I do. You think he's not carrying as much fat as he is because he has something of a muscular base.

My first thought was, "whatever he's eating on this 'ABS Diet', he's eating too much of it."

So, stop being a lazy ass and track your caloric intake properly. And quit binging on your cheat meals. It's not called a "wild binge", it's called a "cheat". Meaning you get to break a couple of rules, but you still stay within the bounds of sanity and reason, and most of the time, your daily calorie limits.

Sorry if I seem harsh, but you need some tough love, not this gaggle of enablers distracting you with some B.S. about your bodyfat percentages. SUCK IT UP AND DO IT RIGHT, MUFFIN. :flame:

Yes I always had a muscular base , I never remember being lean anytime in my life ...typically endomorph.
I am tracking my intake recently .. its approx about 1900-2k cal per day , about 45 -35-20 ratio of carbs , protiens and fats.

Yes i suspect its the Cheat meals , I actually cheated the whole day rather than ,maybe just one meal ...

I've decided to change that this month .
Tryin a month of clean eating , no alcohol .
Upping my cardio to 6 days a week ( 1 hour jog ,2nd day 1 hour walk )
Weights on alternate day as before.

I should be seeing some better results next month .

Now THAT is a major improvement!!!

I could tell on your last photos too, and you look great in all of them, but this is like a totally different person! Absolutely fantastic! Diet really does make all the difference...

What maverick said. I have to go drool now..k? bye! :svengo::drool5:

Keep up the good work. Seriously, you are improving nicely!
