starting at 320 then down to 143 is pretty insane. you basically lost a whole person. it seems sometimes the body likes a specific weight and tends to float around there. You will get 170 eventually.

Lost a little weight, however I did binge last night. Had too many cookies, not my worst binge or worst day but still there is something perverse about losing weight on a binge. Guess I have been at this long enough to know that day to day weight changes don't mean a lot...
