Ive been trying to figure out a good exercise routine to shed some fat around my stomach area. Im just clueless on which exercises to do. Im in college currently for Graphic Design so fitness isnt something im all that used to. Luckily im not in bad shape to begin with, 6'1" and 175 lbs (18 year old male by the way). Id like to know which exercises would be best to help get rid of some fat around my stomach. Any advice would help. Ive been starting to eat "differently" than normal the past 2 weeks. Following some dieting tips found on these forums. Its mostly the exercise part id like help with.
