New to Forum!

Hey, My name is Jake. Im in the US Navy and my weight loss goal is to drop from my current 220lbs, to 180lbs. using diet and exorcise. Ive attempted to Diet before but my willpower is crap. Find myself saying F$%^ it after only a couple days. I have just started Biking for exorcise and i love it. Plenty of trails to ride out here in Virginia. Looking forward to achieving my goals.
 
welcome to the forum and good luck reaching your goals. The biggest motivator for me is to have someone to work out with ... being accountable to someone else is what keeps me going back when I really don't feel like hitting the gym.

As for food, the best thing that works for me is to not have bad food in the house (or often having my fiance hide it from me)
