Since you've already lost some weight then your own way already. Having a visible 6 pack just depends on your amount of body fat. So if you still have some body fat since you say you want to flatten your belly you should try and get that done. For the exercises to crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, stuff like that. I'm sure you can find some online by googling.

Its an ok workout, but some people say there's to many exercises. I honestly dont know, but hey it worked for me

I'm also 14 and I already have a six pack. It took me about a year to get but it was worth it. Anyways, the three main things to do to get a six pack are diet, strength, and cardio, diet being the most difficult and important to follow. You might have heard people say "hey you're young, you can eat anything that you want" but that statement is WRONG. Every successful six pack is backed by a healthy diet. Healthy diet meaning lots of fruits and vegetables that supply fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, and lean white meats (fish and chicken), and a regulated amount of carbs. It's also important to lay off the SNACK food and CANDY. Exercise is also necessary to gain a six pack. Cardio (running, sports, swimming) should be done at least 3 times a week and so should strength (core workouts). If you make an effort to do these things regularly, you'll have a six pack in no time.
