Abs

Ok, so I'm 15 years old, 6 feet 150 Pounds. I've been working out for about a 9 months, just started off with some 15 pound dumbbells and I've done ab exercises. This winter I really got serious about the abs but when golf season started (i play golf for my high school) I really got off track. So now I'm ready to get back to work. I have some abs but its just not good enough for me. I have about 1 month until I go to the beach on vacation, and i'm willing to devote myself, so what are the best ways for me to get good abs in that amount of time? By the way I think my body fat % is about 11-12%.
 
Best way (only way) is to drop more body fat. You can do 1000 crunches a day but if your BF is too high, it ain't gonna matter. So you need to be burning more calories than you take in.

I will start running everyday, if I'm not playing golf, because actually playing golf carrying a bag burns 200 Cals an hour.
