Hey, i am 15, 185 pounds and 5'8...i am looking for an experienced person to give me some ideas on how i can lose weight. I used to go to the gym every day and lift weights and run 2 miles, but now i don't have any time to go to the gym except for on sundays because I have lacrosse practice everyday can any one give me some ideas on a diet or some way to lose weight?
