Somethings wrong.. Help!

Hey everyone i'm 20. I'm currently 305 LBS .. And Annoyed.

January 20th I started a hardcore diet. Eat 6 times a day Small proportions no Red meat low sodium low sugar low cholesteral.. watch everything. Small portions.

1 Hour a day Eliptical training making sure I sweat.

The first week was great. went from 312 to 303. Then I thought.. hey If i'm dropping weight this quick lets start a weight training regiment So I started going under my uncles training. Every since then for 2 weeks now my weight has been scaling i'm either 301 or 305 and I cannot get past this mark. The 300's have been mocking me for 3+ years now and i'm losing hope on getting rid of this fat..

I told myself I'll do the max i can do now and stick with it that way once the growth is over for this set i'll just do it over and over and over so that way I don't gain SO MUCH muscle while losing fat. I thought it would even out.. But I really don't want to be a fat flab of skin when i lose the weight.. thats why I'm doing the weight training..

Will it even out?... I'm thinking about stopping the weight training with my uncle and just doing the 1 hour cardio a day along with P90X workout because it seems with that you don't gain massive muscle but you get Cut! I've seen it work on people but they were skinny when started..

Any suggestions.. Should I do that? I Need my body before summer. I've seen the diet work. 80+ Pounds 3 Months all healthy.. but the fact that I don't want to be a flab of skin when i lose the weight is driving me insane..

Is there any supplements recommendations to speed up metabolism?

Any advice? please help. I don't know what it's like to be skinny or in shape.. i've been fat since i can remember :( I really want my good body at summer.. If i kept this fat loss up I could lose the weight but .. flab of skin.. nooo!

Thank you all

-Andrew

80+ in 3 months isn't healthy man. 2lbs a week is the norm.

You're not losing weight because you're gaining muscle mass. It is possible for 'new trainees' to both burn fat and gain muscle mass. Doesn't last long (6 weeks if you are really lucky).
You just need to stick to it and not get discouraged. You didn't get to your current state overnight, and you won't undo it any faster.

Stay the course.

my uncle + like 8 of his friends did the diet and are fine...

Do you have any more details? The number of calories you're intaking would be good, and what exactly you're eating.

Also, just because someone you know lost 80lbs+ on this diet doesn't mean you will so you just need to focus on staying heathly, fit and making sure your weight loss is progressive. Comparing yourself to others is always a sure way to heap extra pressure on yourself and make the journey harder

Agreed with everyone.

80+ in 3 months is horrible. It's plain dangerous.

Don't expect to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week.

More details.

Height, weight, type of job you have, goals, etc.

Don't be discouraged, but this isn't all fat. Most you can lose each week is 1-2 pounds...rest is reduced amount of nutrients found in your digestive system and water content in your body.

I would stay on track with your nutrition and cardio until you get close to 250. Then P90X. P90X is badass.

I'd disagree with the 2lbs rule in this case TBH, the guy is 300lbs+, I think given his proportions a rate of at least double that is possible while still remaining healthy.
