Have to agree. Your question is so broad, there's really no place to start. What is your current fitness level? Diet? Do you have access to a gym?

I am about 108 pounds and I play basketball and run everyday and yes I do have access to the gym such pleasssssssssssssseee help thankxxxx

Ouch. Harsh but possibly true. Would advise you to take advantage of the info on the site, find a routine and diet suited to your goals, and then post them for critiquing.

Try a fitness Mag like "Muscle & Fitness Hers". The key is being consistent with a program that will progressively overload you and in-taking the necessary nutrients at the appropriate times.

Bad news, Victoria Secret models' bodies are actually abnormal. their caloric intake is most likely lower than it should be so that clothing can look on them the way it looks when you see it i n a store. The people who design this clothing dont even look that way. See Donna Karan pics. She looks nothing like her models and she wears the clothes she designs.

I'd love to but you'd have to pay for such program design. I didn't get educated to give my services away.

Supermodel bodies (those that are on the catwalk) are normally emaciated and don't actually have all that much fitness. Normally survive on low calorie foods and drugs or high calorie foods once in a blue moon. Eating disorders are rife as well as abuse of alcohol, diet pills and dieretics as well as things like speed.

Trust me, your body will be in such a mess that you'll end up either in hospital, with never ending health problems or worse, in the morgue.

Honestly, I've never seen a Victoria's Secret model who looked underweight to me. Low bodyweight? Yes. Underweight? No. Granted, I don't spend my time studying Vitcoria's Secret catalogues, but in any case, Victoria's Secret models are elite underwear models, so their job is to be sexy far more than it is to be thin. Being underweight sends physically attractive qualities down the drain. I remember when Tyra Banks quit VS, she commented on how VS never asked her to lose weight. The types of models who are underweight are almost never household names - when those models walk the catwalk, the designer gets all the glory.

In case the original poster ever returns to this thread/forum, here's some basics you'll want to have covered:
- Normal BMI with normal body fat % (NB: Normal and Average aren't the same thing).
- Include regular resistance training in your lifestyle. You will have approximately zero sexy curves if you don't have muscles underneath your fat to make those curves. And yes, you do need to have fat. Refer to previous pointer.
- Eat plenty of primarily healthy food. You're allowed to have less wholesome food in moderation, just make sure the majority of your nutrition comes from wholesome foods.

Perhaps some pictures would motivate Derwyddon to help you.... nudes please..... Ha ha ha ha. Just kidding. Just joking............ don't take offense. anyone.....

But seriously.....

Just to add my own two cents here, those catalogs are full of edited pics. Those girls have been airbrushed to be perfect, any stray wrinkle or discoloration or unwanted lump is edited out... those images people obsess over aren't even real. :)
