Hello All,
Wanted to pick your brains. I excercise quite often about 4 times a week my routine usually consists of:
- Saturday (1 hour Heavy Weights session including 30 mins sit up excercises)
- Monday (30 mins light Weights session including 15 mins sit up excercises)
- Tuesday (20 mins interval and 25 mins Boxing with punchbag)
- Thursday (1 hour Circuits training)
However, nomatter what I do I can't shake off my mini gut or moobs! Now as a kid I was a bit fat, but then I lost is quite quickly and got too thin an gaunt. I'm now OK, but just want to loose the excess fat withough going 'too far'. So I have a few questions:
1) Does this look like a decent routine?
2) I've read chest presses are good for loosing the 'moobs' but i've always wondered if it's better to do heaver chest presses or more chest presses? At the moment I do around 30 (sets of 10) of heavy weights, is it better to do lighter weights and more of them.
3) Anything else anyone can suggest to loose the gut? Anything anyone else reccomends excercise wise as I don't want to diet and get gaunt again?
4) Also eating wise I take it it's more protien and less carbs? So I do eat a lot of sushi after a heavy works workout - is this bad?
Thanks
