I need help i am yet to put on more then 3 pounds of wieght and have been working out for a month now, what should i do?
i eat a lot of food usually pretty healthy
I also take cell tech but nothing is happenenig
I workout five times a week what should i do

j 83 s correct you don't need to diet you want to gain. start eating high protein food, eat a PB&J before you workout. Eat crakers and cheese, yogurt, steak, chicken, tuna anything with protein, and also don't fprget the carbs. eat some peanut butter on crakers before bed whole wheat bread with tuna and some light mayo. just keep eating and hittin the iron you'll be fine takes a while to start to actaully see the gains. once again j83 said about fat turning that could be why your not gaining also...
oh yeah Protein shakes are not a bad idear either for ya. and eat more often is you get a chance

Hes trying to put on weight, diet plays a very large factor, in fact the biggest factor in losing weight. But if your talkin about someone tryin to stack on weight or bulk like the OP is, eatin clean food and lots of em is key.
He stated he eats healthy and alot. That is what ya need to bulk or put on weight. So then it comes down to the proper mass gaining exercises since the diet is already a bulking diet. If he didnt state that he was eating alot and healthy, id say eat bigger with lotsa protein. But tellin somebody that is trying to gain weight in general just to diet without explaining a bulking diet in detail, they will only continue to lose weight. Which will defeat his purpose.
When diet diet diet is said without an explanation, most people associate it with weight loss. Thats why I say this. Not arguing.
OP. A bulking diet to gain weight is kinda what your sayin your doin. Lotsa hi protein and carbed foods throughout the day. Be careful you dont end up on a weight loss diet.

I wasn't telling him to "go on a diet" I was telling him he needs to "look" at his diet. Whether you are trying to lose weight, or bulk up, the first thing that is going to make a difference is "your diet"........

Just didnt want OP gettin confused is all. I only say that cause when most noobs see diet diet etc. They think weight loss.
