My Starting Point

Hey everyone,

I am new to the forum and have just picked up my workouts again. About 8 months ago I moved and got very lazy, and basically stopped working out and started filling by body with junk. I have had enough!

I started back again about 30 days ago. Before I start lifting heavy I am trying to get a little bit leaner. I am 5'6'' and started at 150, now at 144.

Had to use my blackberry to take pics so they did not turn out great...but here they are.

Not bad at all for a starting point, already looking in decent shape, but like you said, maybe a little fat could do with being shifted if you're into training for physique

Could you be more specific? Where are my weaknesses/strengths?
