Can someone help me build a method?

Im looking to build tons of endurance while building speed and power.. with out getting bulky just tone up and cut weight at the same time...
i dont belong to a gym nor have equipment. all i have is one 25lb dumbbell... lost every thing esle in the move, long story.
but if you can let me know thank you
 
Loads of big goals there buddy, 25lbs dumbbell is not much so why not try a heap of exercises that dont require much equipment but are more focussed on body weight. Thats the best place to start
 
true a 25lb weight isnt much... so would you suggest i just do a lot of running ?

Not at all running is not the only solution and it may not help you reach your goal.
There are loads of exercises that can be done without weight, push ups, pull ups (on the park swings) lunges, squats, the list goes on.
You will have to get creative though, like using bricks as weights or garbage bins.
You just need more imagination and it will be a lot of fun I am sure.
 
okay man thanks. i have one final question for you, i do have a pool is there a weird way of swimming to build speed an muscles like in rocky 2 how they do a little bit of there training in the pool. LMK thanks again

Swimming is great for you but I dont do a great deal so am a little short on ideas to be honest. My goal when I swim is to get in swim as fast as I can and get out. But I am sure you can get very creative with it.
