Man you are asking a lot of someone there although you have some goals in place it isnt easy to advise you 100% with the info.

Personally I want to stay fit, toned and a reasonable size. I have played professional rugby so have always been into fitness. This is why I created my site . Without wanting to totally sell this to you as the solution for you, why not check it out and see what you think.

We combine a number of different movements and exercises in a number of different ways, its similar to what people more commonly know as circuit training and more recently crossfit. I set this site up purely to share with people a form of training that works for me and has worked for many that I have worked with. My work is all free so its not commercially driven, our goal was to share the systems we made and help people get in better shape and live their lives.

Am happy to try and help you as much as I can but it would eb good if you could give some more information on stuff like experience, equipment available and specific goals.

Forget that BS spam response. You need a good full body routine 3 days a week and a spot on eating plan.

Start with . It will do you wonders.

If you read what I wrote and had seen many of my posts on this forum you would realize that I am not a spammer at all.

I do like the way you can give advice on only a few facts though. You must be a pure genius.

I would say you will help our man get some very average results with your answer. Why not ask him for more details so you can help him properly??

I am a genius. Thanks. I don't need more details. As far as a routine goes, as a beginner, that one will suit his needs very well. The rest is diet. But this is not a diet thread.
