Starting Pictures Before Weights

Hello all. These are just merely some starting photos before I begin (serious) weight lifting tomorrow once I move back up to college (they have a rec there, and not one where I live so ya). I will post again at years end to note progress. All I have been doing so far this summer is lowering my body-fat (By way of long distance running + interval training + ab work outs) before I begin a full body workout 5 days a week.
I do have one before/after picture of my abs during summer workout. I really need to work on Biceps + pecs big time, my legs are big enough and not proportional to my upper body, but of course I will work them as well. Any constructional criticism is welcome and appreciated. Without further ado ... (working on photos pending ... BLAH) I also would like to know what you guys think my overall BF is, as I have NO IDEA.

again, as expected before a serious lifting program.
im sure you will fill out as you start lifting and eating.
why 5 day fullbody? you wont be able to recover man. try 3 times a week :] that way u can go harder and actually rest and recover.

You have very good structure for putting on some major weight and very buff. The pecs looks pretty good especially considering that you are pretty lean.

My guess is that you are at about 12% BF.

Well thanks for the advice guys. I hope to at least put on several pounds of muscles by December. I just purchased my first tub of Creatine mono, can't wait to hit the gym. My dad was a college football all-American // Body-Builder after he got out of college so I think I have the genes for it. I don't want to be BIG-BIG though like he was, just merely noticeably larger :). Which I think I can attain in a year or so of work and maintain throughout my life.
I appreciate your guys input and would even like to hear advice for pec lifts. I am going to be doing dumbell flys for them, but what are some other good lifts you would recommend ? I am already pretty healthy, just yesterday I had my summer's end marathon where I ran 31 miles that I ran in a little under 4 hours... but I'm ready for weights and can't wait to get in the gym to start getting down to business :SaiyanSmilie_anim: .... ha
