Sport Going too berserk on raisins?

Sport Fitness
Is it healthy to eat a whole pack of them in the morning? My stomach seems to complain a bit after a few hours(not to the point that i get sick,it just makes a bit of noise).

Also i read somewhere that:"Honey and warm water: Normally fat remains as an un-used resource in your body adding bulk and weight. It is believed that honey mobilizes this stored fat. When this fat is burnt to provide energy for your daily activities, you see a gradual decrease in your weight and obesity levels. It is suggested that you drink this honey (about one tablespoon daily), with equal amount of warm water."

However i heard from someone that if i just put the honey in the warm water, all the good stuff leaves away with the steam. Is that true?

Both of those honey things seem like crap to me. And if your stomach doesn't agree with you eating that many raisins, then yes it's too much. I also don't know what a whole pack consists of, but hopefully that's not all you're eating..

Dried fruit (including raisins) contains a lot of sugar and calories. While most people won't be able to eat enough fresh fruit to overdose on fruit sugar, dried fruit is a different story. Dried fruit also has a much higher fiber concentration, so if you normally do not eat that much fiber at one time, that may also cause digestive upset.

I can't imagine you are eating more than a serving a day, yes? If you are, you will probably be fine. If you are scarfing down several servings a day, this obviously is not very smart. Too much sugar.

I only eat those in the morning.I also eat some tomatoes, drink tomato juice and occasionally an omlet(in that case i eat less of the other stuff).

I eat junk and whatever is available later on during the day since i figure i won`t need that much energy anymore.
