Past 3 months I have been doing nothing but pushups, situps, chinups, cardio, and every now and then when I'm lucky I can lift. Only lifted 3 time the past months.
I don't have access to a gym ever since school ended. (don't have enough money for membership + gym is 45 minutes away).
Right now I'm 6'1 178 pounds at 10-11% bodyfat. I just have the top 2 abs showing and thats it. Leanest I have ever been, but also weakest I have ever been
My arms are 13.0" flat; once basic training is over; I'm bulking for a LONG time.
