Need help urgently with side of upper arm ( preferably exercises)

kind of been taking working out seriously now for 3 months and everythings going fine apart from the fact that the side of my upper side is really skinny. the back of my arm is fine like theres length on the muscle on arm but no width.

iv uploaded a pic anyway to see if someone on here can see what the problem is and tell me what exercises to do etc . cheers in advance.

Seriously - What is your whole routine?
 
As TenPercent said, it would be good to see your whole routine. But, Do you do anything for your triceps? Try some close-grip bench press and some wide horizontal grip tricep pushdown which really works the sides of your arms.

can't post a link as i havent made 15 posts yet.
 
just looked at tricep pushdowns and ii workout at home so i haven't got the rope attachement, is there anyway to do the same or a similar exercise with a barbell or dumbells? cheers

google scooby workout intermediate and his website will come up. its a very well thought out weekly plan its just i was struggling with the side of my arms everything else is coming along fine.
