Getting rid of "moobs"

Hello

I used to be very overweight but then I started eating healthy and now I look really skinny, but unfortunately I still have "moobs" and I was wondering what the best way is to get rid of them? I just want to have a "normal" body, like when I hold my arms up or when I'm lying down it's fine.

I attached a picture of me with my arms down and then with them up (what I want to reach)

Thanks for your help

do you know how many calories your getting a day?

If you have been dieting and you have lost weight, but are now staying the same weight it means that the balence of calories in and calories out are equal. So your not going to loose any weight unless you unbalence this. i.e. start burning more calories, or start consuming less.

however... if your not doing any exercise then that will easily be the easiest, and quickest and most safe way of loosing weight.

Even if your just jumpping up and down or running up your stairs at home or taking a fast walk every day, its still burning cals and will make a difference.

  • What did you do (besides eating healthy, as this doesn't tell me much, honestly), to lose your weight.
  • How long did it take you?
  • Did you exercise in any fashion? If so, what did you do?
  • how many calories did you consume, macros?

Reduction in body fat, and an increase in muscle and/or strength of your overall body, will improve your situation.

Thank you for all your replies, sorry for taking so long to reply!

1. I moved away from home because I got a job, this meant that I stopped sitting at home all day eating all kinds of snacks while playing computer games, I had to start walking to work (I never walked anywhere previously) and even though I started eating more trash food (like McDonalds) I still lost weight.

2. It took about 2-3 months and then everyone started saying that I was looking really skinny - I look skinny when I have my clothes on but my body just looks awkward and chubby without a shirt.

3. The only exercise I got was walking around when going to work or to friends places

4. I can't say at all, I didn't try to lose weight or anything back then it just happened as I moved away.

I remember it felt great going back home and visiting my teachers and them saying "wow I didn't recognise you" just because I had lost weight :)

But unfortunately now I want to be able to go to the beach without feeling extremely fat.

Currently I am eating about 1000-1500 calories per day (sometimes less) and I'm walking everywhere I need to go. I am not going to the gym because I do find the machines to be extremely boring (yeah it's a lame excuse but I do find it horribly boring), I will start swimming again though at the gym swimming pool.

Is there any way I can just slim down fast (4 weeks)? I really don't care about getting any muscle, for now I just want to get skinny.

Thanks once again everyone
