New weights/bar

Should be ordering this tonight when I get home from college

Whats everyone think? I did get told that it wont be 50kg as all home use equipment isnt the weight they say it is...

Ahhh right. I ordered the weights last night. Should last me a while because when I used to bench press in the gym I used 2 x 20kg dumbells

Keep an eye out at garage sales etc for more plates. You will be surprised because you generally press less dumbell weight than barbell weight so it probably wont be long before you need more weight.

Ok buddy. I cant drive so its hard to pick the plates up and P+P is so expensive. I do notice on ebay weight plates go for quite cheap

Try A TRX

Hey Beaver...look into a TRX...it's a great piece of equipment. For the amount that you will use it and it's effectiveness it's a great price. You will be very surprised at the burn it creates!
