Help mee My abs wont show

Whts up everyone, im just starting on this thing so im a noob to this

i just really need to get my abs to show, i go to the gym on a regular basis, 1-2 hours 5 days a week, i do regular cardio for an hour, and then ab cruunches but i dont think im spending enough time on them
i eat pretty healthy but not so much i tend to eat alot of junk food
all i really need is a diet plan
im 15, currently 151-155 lbs about 5ft8
 
He is saying that you don't really have Abdominal muscle to see. You need to stop doing just crunches first of all, and you need to gain muscle before you start doing alot of cardio and what not. So in Simple terms.

Bulk up.

i went through this and found a nice meal plan to go with can u tell me if its a good one to go with though
Breakfast- bowl of instant oatmeal
Snack - protein shake
Lunch - brown pita with legumes
snack - apple or almonds
dinner - same as lunch or brown rice
snack - instant oatmeal(again)
 
you need to completely redefine that meal plan,
you'll probably stay on it about 2 days and be sick of it.
ontop of the fact,
its not really for bulking.

you need a calorie surplus.

Everyone is telling you to bulk up because if you were to continue what you were doing, you'd be a skinny little dude. In order to look muscluar, you'll need some muscles to show.

Are you a vegetarian? If not, you really need to add some meat to that diet.

I sense a consistency in your diet....something...lacking.

Genetics have a lot to do with all muscle groups. If you are only 15 and can't see any abs, chances are that you will never see any. Some bodybuilder's have a 2 pack, some a 4 pack, 6 and 8 and No pack. If your genetics say NO pack, then that's the way it will be no matter what you do. But it doesn't hurt to keep trying.
 
i fixed my abs?
they started showing up crooked and i wasn't having any of that. so i stretched in a certain way and what not and fixed them. I think he could get them somehow.
