New workout: too much or too little?

So i've come up with a new cardio workout.
First I start up with a small warm up and then I do a circuit including:
Weighted reverse sled sprints(3 sets)
Suicides(3 sets)
Sprints while carrying a heavy log(because it makes me feel like a man)(3 sets)
Wall jumps(3 sets)
Rope Climbing
I break after I make it around the circuit for maybe 1 minute and then repeat until i'm done with all 3 sets. It takes me i'd say between 10 to 15 minutes? I might toss suicides and find something more upper body oriented that is explosive.

I like it!

The reverse sled runs are just another name for running backwards/back pedaling(i think where on the same page) which are very hard.

Iv never been a fan of "wall jumps" because there to vertical lol If ur open for suggestions try doing standing long jumps. Put some sticks down in like increment of a few inches and try to best your self each jump. You will use a lot more of your lower body doing this because you actually directing your body to move forward and mentally your trying to beat a "distance"

Rope climbing IS upper body oriented!! grab the rope and just lets ur feet hang and go hand over hand and you will have the greatest back in the history of backs!!

Thanks for the suggestion, Ex. I haven't thought about standing long jumps and after landing on my shin while doing wall jumps, I think I will definetly consider them haha. We have about an 8 foot log at our house that i'm thinking I might toss end over end like tire flipping. It seems fun and explosive for upper body/lower body. You aren't kidding about the rope either man. I got a thinner diameter rope so it also really works on my grip.
