Cut? are you crazy, you're really lean! I'd keep on gaining muscle if I were you, you're nowhere near being fat yet.

yeah im not fat, but im trying to increase my verticle jump, increase co-efficients, run faster, be more agile.

what you say is true though; i am going to keep gaining strength and power for at least 6 more weeks with russian squatting. then perhaps another 4 week cycle of squatting 4 times a week.
by then we'l see. =3
thanks for the input

Excellent progress. I'd say you're sitting at about... 7%bf +/- ~1%. Really great physique. Looking much better than I am.

You're not bodybuilding, so I wouldn't worry too much about "ideal" physique.

I think Nobody is off, I think you are 6.99% BF with +- 1.01 error. Ya man, you are no wayy 12 %. If you are 12%, I am 21% BF. Man, that six pack is wicked, I am jealous. Doesn't seem as much progress on the back pictures but the frontal ones, YUP. Definetely see more muslce + leanness on frontal pictures.

Wow, great work man. Very nice basketball-este type of physique.

thanks for the compliments guys; i really appreciate it!
the back pictures were both taken today lol sry it was misleading.

il be squatting and working extremely hard for the next 6-10 weeks to get even more progress, then maybe switch up my routine. but thanks for the posative feedback guys; im definetly not cutting for another 6 good weeks.

Hey man, it's just me but I think you outta bulk up a little bit more on you arms. If you get some rocking arms to go with that leanness, it would drive the ladies crazy. Plus bigger arms are more noticeable than that awesome six pack that you have. I'd try to get 15 to 16 inches arms. (just my 2 cent / constructive input)

Overall man, you have that fit + lean look; like a long distance runner or basketball player.

Im guessing that they said 10lbs thinking that you would be eating a lot more than you did.

Good job, but i wouldnt cut if i was you. You look like you just finished cutting and i think you would look much better with another 5 or 10 lbs of muscle.

thanks for all the input guys!!!
yo tic finally someone gives me some constructive critisism! thanks!
iv been tryin to get better at chinups and rowing; i must admit progress isnt super fast!

any advice on building these arms an inch or two more?

here ya go man

thanks marko;
im 5'8" and 164lbs
just turned 18 =3

after i cut, i hope to be 150 solid.
If you "cut" from what you look like now there would be just enough to call you a light flyweight.

There are people who really need to lose weight and others feel the need to lose weight when there is no need.

Its one thing to hear about it and see after pics but you can actually see the progress. Well done and you look great!
