Thinking of cutting soon, anyone have a good webpage about it?

for cutting besides maybe dropping the isos, you normaly keep the same routine as bulking if you want to retain the muscle you achieved with that routine, cutting is about diet mostly, and thats basicly cals in v cals out.

I moderate intensity and volume much more when cutting. Recoverability decreases when eating in a deficit and training should reflect that.

so all the bump up cardio and switch to high reps lower resistance is just a myth?

you a bump up the cardio if you like, that would just create a bigger defecit in cals, but i wouldnt drop the weight unless you have to,if you drop most of the isos in your routine and stick to the big compounds, that should be sufficient to maintane the muscle you have, diet and cardio should take care of the rest.
