Most recent pics I have

DAMN. Lookin good. Haha. You honestly look pretty damn close to the UFC guys. If I wasn't a girl...I would totally do UFC...do they have something like that for girls?? Haha. I'd kick ass.

UPDATE: Started doing bent over rows last week with 10lb DBs -- now using 30lb DBs. Should be back up to normal very soon.

Still having trouble with ROM but it's getting better; and still having trouble with bicep curls using heavier weight ... can finally push the 45lb bar on BP. Can do push-ups on my knees (that really hurts my knees :D). I can't wait until I can do men's push-ups.

I'm getting there ...

if i wouldn't know better, i'd have to agree that you surely look more and more like an UFC fighter..! :O

KEEP it up and it'll be nice to see the progress!

Good stuff! Rows are a big step and sounds like you're progressing nicely. Did they give you a rate of progress to stick with?

Those pics are quite old. I'm not quite as lean at the moment as I'm not training with physique in mind.

But thanks!

Rate of progress = if it hurts, don't do it :D

That's pretty much it. So if I add weight and my arm gives me grief, I just back off a bit. It doesn't sound very scientific, but it seems to be working!!

I did ask about lat pull downs, chin ups and pull ups, and those aren't in the works for awhile. At the rate I'm going, I'm thinking maybe in 3 months. That sounds so far away :(

Patience.

You seem like the type who could get yourself into trouble being overly zealous.

Though, you're also damn smart.

Good combination. I know I've pushed myself too hard coming off an injury and I regressed which was even more depressing.

Just keep the balance of motivation to improve and recovery in check!

Which I'm sure I don't have to tell you.

My rehab curve isn't a steady "up curve". I have my set backs because I do get a little zealous, but the overall shape of the curve is definitely "up" :D

Although you don't have to tell me, Steve, it's always nice to hear it from you ;)

I appreciate it man. Been a while, your wit is missed over on WLF.

I haven't been checking in over here as much but figured I'd post the link to the blog Focus is mentioning. It's for anyone struggling to find consistency regarding their paths to their goals.

It can be found here.

Thanks Mo!

You like that, I called you Mo.

:p

So I'm a skinny terd right now training for a grueling mountaineering trip on the White Mountains in NH.

You can read up on it here as well as see some pics:

Hey Steve, you can call me whatever you want ;)

I'm just used to all my friends calling me "Mo" ... when I hear "Maureen", I always think I'm in big trouble :D

BTW, most people on the planet would love to look the way you do as a skinny turd ...
