Here goes.
Well, im 16, and im pretty skinny really, i think my body type is an ecto morph (this is the skinny but tall body type). Im relatively tall for my age, 5"10/5"11 and i weight 131lbs.
Ive been TRYING to workout for about a year now, and other than the obivous improvements which are going to happen evem if you life a 2 kg weight twice a day. i dont really think my muscle mass has improved a huge deal! im always looking on the internet for decent workout plans etc, but i figured, its best to ask the people that really know what there talking about
Right so down to business:
I go the the gym every monday and friday, and normally my workout takes about an hour. but i dont perticually want to talk about the program i do.
Every time i work out, i take 50G of multipower protein drink that i buy form my gym. by no means is it a top make, but hey its protein
So basicly, i was wondering, if somebody could put me together a workout, that will take how ever long it take, and involves hitting the gym twice a week
i can only do twice a week i am busy every other day, i am looking ot buil lean mucle, and get from 130 > about 145 pounds, that would be perfect for me 
i know this is a big question but im so in need of help, and i will really appriciate a decent honest answer from somebody who takes the time to set me out a work out
