Belly fats

Hi, i'm 15 years old , 168cm and 55kg.
The problem's with my belly..I don't think 55kg is fat or anything for a 168cm tall guy. But my belly is filled with excessive fats?


Any advices on eating/drinking habits? Coz my current eating habits' a terrible one.

I'm not really sure how tall you are, or how much you weigh because I don't know the metric system. You should know that men store a lot of their fat around their stomach and lower back so that's normal. I doubt your body is any different from anyone else's in that perspective. Once you post up some pictures you'll be able to get a lot better advice. You're probably going to get the same advice that everyone else does though... Eat healthy, drink healthy, exercise, blah blah blah. Best of luck to ya brother.
 
If you want to loose fat you need to eat fewer calories than your body burns each day. There are things you can do to help your body burn more carlories. Here are a few:
Build muscle couse muscle burns fat.
Do cardio (I prefer high intesity cardio, like sprinting, in the morning before I eat)
Eat 6 small healthy meals a day instead of 3 large ones.
Drink lots of water
Sleep 8 hours a night
 
I don't think I'd recommend a male 5'6 121 lbs to lose weight. Put on some muscle mass. As a beginner you can lose fat at the same time. and when you really want to cut you'll have something to cut down to

Yeah after I saw his height and weight after the conversation I would definitely not recommend losing the weight. 121 pounds is pretty small as it is lol.

I'm not planning to lose weight now , just trying to turn those belly fats into a flat one.

So i guess i'll do some workout and build some muscles , burn the fats and not lose the weight.
 
1st day of exercise - 17th october.
I'm not sure i'm doing the right exercises but here is the list of exercises i did :

1. Running : Jogging at a regular pace for 2minutes and then sprint 30seconds ( Did this 4 times)

2. Back : Did a back stretching exercise 30 times

3. Chest : Chest exercise 30lbs , 30times

4. Abs : Did 20 classic ab crunch and 20 cable crunch (49lbs).

Whole process took me around 35-45 mins.

Diet today :

1. Rice w/ chicken and soup.
Snack : A mini "moo moo" ice cream

2. Rice w/ egg and long beans.

Gonna have some fruits for later.


Any advices or feedback for me?
