How does my new diet sound?

I will be staring my new diet on the November 1st. Here it is, if you have suggestions PLMK, I will be working out on the weekends with my father.Thanks.

Breakfast:2-3 egg whites and protein shake or oatmeal and banna
lunch:grilled chicken breast with red peppers and apple or turkey breast sandwich on wheat with carrots
dinner:any lean steak with yams or potatoes and spinach or salmon, lobster or crab with brown or white rice and green beans or salad.

Remember i will be working out on weekends, so i wont be taking in so many calories, but when i start doing heavy workouts every day i will start intaking 4000 to 5000 calories, please leave me suggestions.thanks!
 
Any idea how much of each macronutrient you get? calories?

3 meals a day, and it doesn't look like a lot.

Why only egg whites and not whole eggs?
 
Make sure your breakfast isnt 'or oatmeal' You gotta have lots of carbs in the breakfast every day.

Also sounds like you just aren't eating nearly enough.

Why would you have eggs and protein shake or oatmeal? You would be eating protein or carbs. You really need both to make it a balanced meal. I would eat the oatmeal and egg whites or whole eggs even. I just use egg whites couse its easy its low calorie and its all protein but there is nothing wrong with egg yolks. I would have the protein shake between meals. Its best to eat often no matter if you are trying to lean out or gain weight. You want to eat 5-6 times a day so your body doesnt go into a catabolic state and start using your muscle for energy and it is less likey to store your food as fat.
 
thanks guys, i think im going to to work in 4 meals per day, the reason:I have middle school to attend. It is hard to get in 6 to 7 meals. I think i will go with eggs and protein shake in the morning or sub eggs for oatmeal, and add afternoon snack.
 
not sure if you still reading thies posts but.. whole eggs vs egg whites. this is from the high cholesterol in the yoke. Cholesterol is poison to people with bad diets. if you have good diets it's very healthy and recommended you DO get cholesterol ok, the other stuff in a yoke besides that IS great for you, unless you plan on eating geasy bacon or a stick of butter there is no reason to not eat a yoke...

your bulking cycle is a go big or go home I like that :) have a good one

edit: the yoke becomming the devil came from idiot magazine writers who don't know what the F#&% there talking about and it pisses me the hell off.
the only exception is if your genetics make you create alot of cholesteral already but thats doctors orders who are smart.

yep.. i'm having 3 eggs a day and I haven't died yet.
