I will be staring my new diet on the November 1st. Here it is, if you have suggestions PLMK, I will be working out on the weekends with my father.Thanks.
Breakfast:2-3 egg whites and protein shake or oatmeal and banna
lunch:grilled chicken breast with red peppers and apple or turkey breast sandwich on wheat with carrots
dinner:any lean steak with yams or potatoes and spinach or salmon, lobster or crab with brown or white rice and green beans or salad.
Remember i will be working out on weekends, so i wont be taking in so many calories, but when i start doing heavy workouts every day i will start intaking 4000 to 5000 calories, please leave me suggestions.thanks!
