How Do You Target This Area?

Hey Gang -

First post so I am not really sure where this should go. I have searched and searched but would like some good exercises to help with definition of the muscles near the pelvis area. You know - the clear cut definition in front that starts in the hips.

I am making good progress with fat burning and starting to see them becoming more defined but would like to target that area as my wife digs that look.

Any help would be appreciated...
 
Unfortunatly, is it not possible to target a certain part of the body for fat loss. Fat loss is all over the body. I guess you can find exercise to target those muscle though, to make them bigger, thus more apparent, but that will not impact fat loss of that particular area, only the muscles.
 
Well, if you're talking about the "V" cut.

The only way you'll get that is is God gave it to you. That comes from genetics.

You can improve your abs with diet and exercise, but the type of your abs you develop is ALL genetics.
