Check it out, after one month of working out religiously and eating nothing but wholesome foods like eggs, steamed veggies, chicken, tuna, and rice (and in moderation!), I have results! The wonder panda has dropped 10 whopping pounds! So here we are! Age 21, at a staggering 5'11", my comparison pictures of me at 168 pounds vs. me at 158 pounds! ENJOY!
