My improvements thus far

Hi this first image is from about 4 months ago. I was lifting free weights at this point and not really watching what I ate or drank. I thought I was but really I was not.



This image is at the begining of my third week of a new training program develped by my old personal trainer (he is a student and left work to go to work at a gym, so not sure if I still have him).

I am eating really health and loving it! I don't even crave crap food much.

This image was taken last night, 23/Sept/08. Still a way to go, but it is an improvement.

Well done! Somewhat leaner and thicker, and a very marked improvement in posture. :)

Also, I'm glad you decided not to bless us with those jeans again. :rofl:

It looks like you lose some fat around the waist. Do your pants feel looser?

Suggestion: start a journal for accountability.
