All over fat loss

Hey,

Im 16 and feel I need to loose some weight. I'm not exactly fat but definitely not skinny either. I'm about 5'9,5'10 and weigh about 159 pounds. I eat reasonably healthy probably more than other people who are skinny and fitter. I usually only eat 2 meals per day on the weekend as I usually wake up late (12/12:30) :p.
Exercise wise per week I do:
45mins kickboxing (intensive)
1 hour 30 mins sport at school
2 hours kayaking usually


On top of this I usually go to the gym or swimming at least once a month or more. The main areas I feel fat are my higher legs, arse, chest(belly) and breasts area.

I usually drink beer quite a bit at the weekends - probably about 6 beers per weekend.

If you want 'overall weight loss' the best way as i see it is to include some resistance (weight) training to you day .. even if it is just bodyweight raining, but ideally a full body workout routine at a gym..

Because as you build muscle over your body, your metabolism increases (muscle burns more energy) .. and this helps you reduce your overall bodyfat level..
