I would just like to agree with anyone who said that you should have a professional help you with form when performing any kind of power lifting. It can be extremely dangerous for the fitness newbie. It took me a while to get my form for cleans down and I worked with some of the best! It's not worth getting injured over especially for those of us who love fitness-injuries are the most frustrating!
