Im prolly eating like 500 more calories than usual, but packing on the cars abd protein.
How do you pack on cars?
What do I do on rest days?
1. Grow.
2. Recover.
3. Adapt and get stronger.
4. Keep my diet as planned and outlined.
5. Prepare for next workout: Analyze previous work out in the progression sense, carry over data from the previous workout, where it includes rep goals, and other progression goals to ensure progression is increasing from the previous workout to the one upcoming.
6. Of course work, and the daily life.
EDIT: There has been times in the past, where I did cardio (up to 4 sessions, and at the time it was steady state) on rest days. At other times just one or two. At other times, I have built "FreeForm" stations and would do "short burst" "plate weight" cardio on rest days (and on workout days), during certain times within my goal path. But, whatever I decided to schedule it was completed, unless work interfered (like having to go on a trip, where I would then adapt and improvise a different method of training).
Best wishes,
Chillen
