General Diet:

Breakfast: 1/2cup Oatmeal w/ 1tbsp Brown Sugar + 1/2 cup Almonds/Pecans OR 2 scrambled eggs

Snack: 1 Fruit + Can of Tuna//Salmon

Lunch: Sandwichs of some kind featuring meat of some kind + 200g low fat Yogurt

Sometime During The Day: Protein Bar

Dinner: Lean Meat + Starchy Carb + Fibrous Carb

Evening Snack: Fish or nuts combined with assorted raw veggies (carrots, peas, peppers, cucumber, etc) OR Chicken Ranch Garden Salad


Lots of water, maybe some more healthy snacking in between.

And despite criticism(don't lecture me) I will be taking: 48mg Ephedrine / 400mg Caffeine / 81mg Aspirin per day. (24/200/81 in the morning, and 24/200 in the afternoon)

Go Go Gadget Cutting. Will post cheats on diet to scold myself and any skips in workout. Weigh in every sunday.

Time Goal: 3 months. 6 weeks on 4 off 2 on with ECA Stack.

Hopefully some results...

My lips are sealed shut

Although I have to ask; why the Asprin? I've tried Ephedrine and caffeine before (although I would take them now) but what advantage would Asprin give you?

Yes I'm male and I'm reasonably lean from working out lackadaisically along with working a landscaping job (huge traps from that job). I just haven't been able to shed any of this belly fat. I can see my abs, but I still have huge love handles and such.

NBS is right about taking the aspirin to thin the blood.



So first day was yesterday... I'm extremely surprised to report I missed a meal. The appetite suppressing effect of the ephedrine is a lot stronger than I thought it would be, and although I could easily eat a large meal without feeling nauseas, I sure didn't feel the need to. I also ran yesterday despite being rest day because it was day 1 and because I had a lot of pent up energy.

For the 3x20 pullups, 20 is basically my max, so aside from the first set I doubt I'll hit 20, but I can try. A side goal is to be able to do 30 consecutive some day. I also may have to modify my routine a bit, as I can do all of the exercises but I've never done them the way I have it arranged.

Any suggestions in that department would also be appreciated. I've never made a workout for losing weight before so I don't know if this is how it should be done, but it's my best guess. ~>higher rep, lower weight.

I would slowly shift to lower reps, higher weight. In my mind, while you are cutting fat, you want your body to hold onto the muscle as much as possible. By lifting heavy, your body has a damn good reason to keep it around.
 
My wednesday is more of an endurance day and my friday is where I push it with weight. The band pushups and weighted pullups kill me every time. I'll look at maybe modifying monday to have more weight and less reps in the future. thx for the tip

Edit: Whew. The workout was tough... I was exhausted doing the last superset. The jump squats were too much so I did plain jane squats. going to change that permanently

Tuesday cheat, had a piece of cake for sister's birthday
Skipped HIIT on tuesday also instead did a very intense upper body day, still sore. running today instead. zzz...
 
have cheatd a few times, but no big deal. weigh in at 175. i see a visual difference which i find weird for after only 1 week.
 
missed my workout on friday for a company event, but not worried about it as I had a few intense days at work (physical laborer)

did yoga today, felt nice...
Missed the run on saturday, so did it today instead:
30 minute HIIT, went over 5km followed by 10 minutes of walking uphill 10% incline going from 5.5km/hour to 6.8km/hour with the 10th minute. This followed by a 5 minute rest walk at normal incline, followed by 15 minutes of SS going from about 11km/hour to 14.5km/hour at peak. went 10km in 60 minutes. All that followed by a 15 minute slow walk to cool down and drink a good amount of water... Felt amazing after the workout, heightened senses and all that... shower water smelled so clean.... sound of air wooshing by the ears...

ahh anyway. week 1 over, cheated a few times but nothing i consider major as im not a stickler for diet. visual differences noted... feel better too.
 
changed **** up today. Didn't push myself hard enough on friday so today i did...

3x 8e one arm snatch
2x 8 clean n jerk
3x 12 bench press
3x 15e one arm db row

^-- didnt do much on my hammies before, this superset was ungodly hard at the speed i did it (no break in between, slow movement during)

Now THAT felt good. Chuggin some chocolate soy milk blended with 4 raw eggs. nom nom nom post workout drink nom nom. weigh in tomorrow, lookin forward to it!
 
I've pretty much said screw it to any routine, but I'm either lifting or running every day. Not even taking rest days anymore. Diet has been good, except for saturday night... pigged out in a big way, drinking, smoking, pizza, candyyy, etc... all the guilty pleasures. Either way, got some new weights, been upping the intensity in lifting.

Haven't really been shedding pounds, but I'm looking and feeling better, and feeling stronger for sure. Seems I must be gaining a bit of muscle as I lose fat because according to calculations my BF is going down (which I can visibly notice, it's subtle but I see it coming along). I'm fine with that to; I'm more concerned about making the 10%BF than the 170LB goal.

I'll keep the updates coming, 2 weeks down, 10 to go I guess...
