Is it ok to do cardio in between full body workout days??

Hi there, I have a routine where i do full body workouts with a short high intensity interval workout on Monday/Wednesdays/Fridays. I know you are suppose to rest in between these days but i just wanted to know if It would effect the rest process if i just did some light cardio on Tuesday/Thursday. Nothing intense, just something to sweat a little and burn some calories you know. I always rest on the weekends by taking both saturday and sunday off. So do you think the cardio on Tuesday/Thursday is alright??

Cardio is fine on rest days.

Hell, I do "short burst cardio" during the first minute of rest between sets when weight training. Additionally, I have done as many as 4 sessions of cardio in one day (30M each sometimes). I just adjust eating consumption accordingly that is in line with my goal path.

Well, a light cardio will not harm much, however you can rest if you really want to.........;)

Depends on your age :)

Sounds good to me but really depends on your age. I need at least 2 full days of recovery every week.
