Just came back from The Dark Knight...

Am I the only one that thought The Dark Knight was "alright".

Pros:

1. The Joker was killer. He was the whole movie to me.
2. Fairly good acting overall.
3. I liked Two-Face.


Cons:

1. Way too long. I started spacing out when The Joker wasn't on the screne.
2. What the hell was up with all the metaphors with post-911? God I wanted to puke with the listening in on the cell phones (Patriot Act) and not giving into terroist. Totally ruined the movie for me.
3. Batman's voice. I don't remember it ever being so ridiculous.
4. We need more female villians.


I can go on but these are the main points.

Yes. You were the only one. Your thinking too much into it

Next villain is going to be riddler btw. They aren't going to robin and catwoman because the director wants to come up with new villains

Thinking too much into it? You don't think the story was supposed to be related to what's going on in America?

Never liked Robin much and there are other female villians other than catwoman (The cartoon series was my favorite when I was a kid). There's also Poison Ivy and Harvey Quinn (my favorite). Although catwoman should come back and she was a badass.
 
Amen. I saw it too and it was very long and every minute was a blast for me.

The joker is the funniest actor I have ever seen...

Here, I will show you a magic trick! I will make this pen DIS-A-PEAR *huge man tries to man-handle him* (man joker is a bad ass fighter) and maneuvers his head into the pen.... TADA!

Joker truly is Batman's equal.

I need to see it again.
