Hey, man - great progress!

Seriously awesome transformation.

You're looking very muscular for 5'9" 160lbs too.

Do you mind me asking what your arms, chest, and waist measurments are?

Wow!!! Fantastic work, man. You look great! Inspires me to keep going! :) I'm 5'11 and at 205 right now, would LOVE to look like you some day soon!

What does your diet look like? Did you do any cardio at all?

What does your diet look like? Did you do any cardio at all?

I did a bit of cardio, but mostly as a warm up before lifting.

Diet - I didn't pay terribly close attention to macro levels, but I did stick to lean proteins and lots of veggies. Eating 5-6 smaller meals a day (regardless of whether that is beneficial from a metabolic standpoint, it certainly was from a hunger standpoint).

My recommendations - hard boiled eggs, canned tuna, broccoli, bananas, almonds, natural peanut butter, and fresh greens.

I don't claim to be an expert, I just know what has worked for me so far.

Fantastic. That's more or less what I've been doing. Thanks for the input, and wish you the best on your journey. :)

Hmmm, a bit of caffeine in the morning to keep me useful at work :) Other than that, I did use a lot of whey at the beginning, but I just grew tired of it after a while...and wasn't sure it was worth the money. If and when I start bulking, I'll revisit the topic, but I haven't done any research into bulking yet. For now, I just figure a can of chunk tuna in water does the trick a lot cheaper.

Mmm.. from the first to the second pix it looks like you lost a lot of fat, but you look 'the same' - which makes sense since only 2 months have elapsed.

On the third pix, OMGWTFBBQ you look huge and so fit. I don't see how one can go from pix 2 to pix 3 in just 2 months, obviously I'm very much a noob so I must be missing the whole 'lighting + angle + lens type + flexing' thing but still.

I look like you in pix 1, so please understand my surprise. Could someone explain how this is possible or am I missing something?

Yeah, I knew I was standing in the classic "hide the fat" pose in the second pic, hence the comment. When I get home, I'll make some time and shoot a real progress pic.

nice :)
Keep working out :D
