help me make a workout shedule! please.

hello im michael. im 14 and i have 1 month before school restarts. and i want to get some upper body muscle. you see i play soccer so i have giant leg muscles but it looks weird cause my body is all slim at the top. what i really need is a workout schedule that will get me bigger arms (all the ceps...idk lol), chest, back,butt (lol) and abs. i dont necessarily need the strength i just want the look. what workout routine would be best for that? i want it hardcore i got some muscle and everything but i want a bigger chest so that its noticeable when i have my shirt on. thanks for all the help!
 
First off, don't try to design a routine that targets the upper body more than the lower body. Well-balanced works much, much better.

Second, one month really isn't enough time to get a whole lot of results.. this kind of thing just takes time.

I get what you're saying though. So if you're serious about this, start off by educating yourself. Read the stickys (especially weightlifting 101).

And if you do decide to get started on a weightlifting routine, be sure you're eating enough. You'll only build muscle eating in a surplus. But this is all explained much better and in greater detail in the stickies
