What BF% do you go to before you cut?

I am not sure I understand the question.:confused:
I think you are going to have to be a little more specific. Are trying to gain weight?, Are you trying to gain muscle? What are you doing?
 
That depends on how much fat they had to start with and how they want to look during a bulk. It's possible to bulk while putting on only a very little amount of fat, so for alot of people it's no problem.
 
I'm just curious as to how much fat most people allow themselves to put on in a bulk before they cut...

This can vary from person to person and their independent goals they personally seek, and their present position within within the goal they seek.

Persons savy in knowledge within diet and fitness will bulk to certain levels and then "retreat" (or cut) because they know how they respond to manipulating macro-nutrients, calories, and exercise "properly", and are in tune with knoweldge of "the self".

This is difficult question to answer, primarily because it just depends on the person and the associated goal.

I usually don't let myself go past 15%..
 
Im on a permanant bulk until I actually get to where I want to be but most people who arent afraid to lose their abs for a couple of months go to 15 - 16 from what I gather.
 
I am nortoriously ripped 24/7:

1. In mind and pursuit of knowledge.

2. In body (7.8% BF, as determined by DEXA)

3. In the soul.

4. In the spirit and my heart is near it.

5. In Mastering ONE. Myself.

No more bulking for me. I am personally content and satisified. I like being lean (ripped to the bone), muscular, physically and mentall fit (okay, some of you may debate this, uh, be quiet!!) :)
