Well I'm going to start a grueling 14 hour/day internship in an investment bank. I was specifically bulking for the last 8 months, but now I think its plan to cut.
I do the usually FBW with only compounds and heavy lifts. I went from 168 to 182 during these last months. Every muscle except my biscep and forearems
have shown good gains. My Biscep and forearms have been stagnant ( I have genetically small forearms). I am 5 foot 10. with about 15 % bf.
So now since I won't get to eat as often I think I should cut. I will to try work out twice a week and put in 15 min of HIIT during the same time. I will aim to eat 2000 calories but I don't know whether it will possible due to the intense nature of banking jobs.
Can you guys give me any more tips I should follow, it would be great.
